Thermal transfer
(flex film)

Thermal transfer is a way of transferring an image to a fabric from an intermediate carrier (mounting film) by means of a thermal press.

The image is cut with a cutting plotter on the color flex film of Poli-Tape (Germany). All unnecessary details are removed, the image is evenly laid out on the product and pressed for 10-15 seconds with a heat press.

Sublimation printing

Sublimation - printing black and white and color images of photographic quality on siliconized paper, with subsequent transfer to fabric, ceramics, metal, plastic and other materials. When printing, there is 100% color, retains shades, semitones, gradient. The image is bright and rich, withstands multiple cycles of washing and washing, does not fade in the sun, resistant to heat treatment.

The only disadvantage is that the quality of the sublimation transfer requires the presence of synthetic components in the tissues. At the same time, it is one of the safest printing methods for the product and the environment.

Ultraviolet (UV) printing

UV printing is a relatively new and very effective method of transferring images to different types of surfaces: silicone, plastic, rubber, paper, textiles, wood, metal, glass, etc.

Its special feature is the use of special light-cured inks, which quickly solidify under the influence of ultraviolet rays, while maintaining the saturation and contrast of colors, the clarity of the lines.
